Hi anon, I can't remember if we drove across this bridge an i am not qualified to answer your question about its safety.. I would suggest that you call the department of transportation for that information. We won't be going there again as it was too difficult accessing this bridge It seems to me we traveled on a few mucky woods roads. We didn't get to it through Nortondsle, perhaps that msy have been an easier entry. Perhaps we will try that route another time.It is a nice old bridge.
