Another Covered Bridge Gone; Stormdale Destroyed by fire

The Stormdale Covered Bridge has been destroyed by fire. Unfortunately another covered bridge in New Brunswick has been destroyed by fire. Adair Covered Bridge Destroyed by Fire Oct 14, 2009

I remember the day(March 12, 2007) I took this photo. With the New Brunswick flag flying from its roof this little covered bridge appeared rather perky and proud crossing the North Becaguimec River near Cloverdale in Carleton County. Sadly this covered bridge was destroyed by fire on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, October14th., 2009. Shadows within a covered bridge

The interior of this old covered bridge is totally within shadow.Just within the entrance of this covered bridge a pattern of light can be seen on the hardwood flooring of the bridge.

The souce of light creating the pattern on the bridge floor is from the spaces between the boards at the end of the bridge's construction.
